DELIVERY TERMS:

• Minimum order value: CHF 150 excl. VAT in goods.
• For orders below the minimum delivery requirements, delivery is possible with a surcharge of CHF 20.
• Returns are excluded. If agreed in writing, goods will only be accepted in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with a shelf life that allows resale.
• Contribution towards the heavy vehicle charge and additional energy costs: CHF 12.00 per delivery.
• Empty packaging is taken back at the deposit price in the same quantities as delivered and must be returned sorted.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• Net prices, without cash discount or as agreed, payable within 15 days net of the invoice date.
• Delivered goods remain the supplier's property until paid in full.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to change the price category to cover interest on arrears.

STATISTICS:

The customer expressly agrees that Boissons LIECHTI SA may transmit sales statistics electronically to suppliers who request them.

Returns:

• Only unopened boxes in their original packaging will be credited.

Handling fees

• For returns exceeding 50 % of the original order, a handling fee of CHF 100 is charged.

Cups:

• 25cl, packs of 100: CHF 7.90 per pack
• 30cl, packs of 80: CHF 7.90 per pack
• No returns
