On 6 March 1951, Jacques LIECHTI set up behind the railway station to sell sauerkraut. At the time, this seasonal product was not enough to make a living. As a supplier to several local restaurants and butcher shops, my father naturally began offering mineral water and apple juice to his customers to make up for the quiet summer season.

In 1966, this SME and its seven employees moved to Chemin de la Milice in Plan-les-Ouates. Through hard work, the company grew steadily until Heinz Liechti and his wife Liliane took over in 1979. The business modernised, and the acquisition of Bignens Vins in 1995 expanded the range offered to a highly diverse professional clientele. The quality of the products, service and advice has always been a guiding principle for both companies.
